Assistant Manager
KEIGHLEY
Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operations within the Store. With excellent interpersonal skills, team-playing skills and drive, you will contribute to maximising sales and minimising loss.
You will have supervisory experience gained in a busy store environment and be able to demonstrate compliance of back office and cash management procedures; security procedures; merchandising guidelines and stock file accuracy. You will be a problem-solver and a motivator as you inspire and assist your Store Manager in leading a successful team, dealing effectively with customer and staff issues.
Hours – 39hrs per week
£14,000 - £16,000
