Store Manager
HOLSWORTHY
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will effectively manage and control the operations within the Store in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Highly professional and an excellent communicator and motivator, you will lead by example, and take ownership of the Store to maximise profit and minimise losses.
From the outset, you’ll be encouraged to use your initiative, giving you the opportunity to make a real contribution towards the success of your store. A “hands on” role, you will be equipped to find solutions to problems and be able to demonstrate that you are commercially aware as you effectively manage and comply with cash management and back office procedures; security procedures; merchandising guidelines and stock file accuracy, and dealing effectively with customer and staff issues.
Hours - 39 hours per week
£17,000 - £22,000
