Supervisor
WARMINSTER
You'll be responsible for supporting and working with the branch management team to ensure the effective and profitable running of a busy retail store, delivering first class customer service, maintaining company standards and motivating the team.
Assisting in the day-to-day running of the store, you’ll supervise staff, organise refunds, deal with customer queries and oversee cashing up. You’ll need a positive attitude and proven retail experience, and an eye for maximising sales.
You will be required to be flexible in regards to working hours and able to work alternate weekends.
Hours – 20 hour contract over 5 days
Salary £6.30ph dependant on age
